The company Séléné (hereinafter the seller) operates this website with its headquarters located at 3A Rue Rosa Bonheur, 67640 Fegersheim, France. It is registered in the commercial register under number RCS 953 228 434.
Article 1: PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of goods offered by the seller to the consumer.
These conditions apply exclusively to natural persons who are non-traders.
Sales are reserved for adult customers or minors with parental authorization.
Article 2: ORDER VALIDATION AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE (Law of March 13, 2000 on electronic signature)
Any order placed for a product listed in the online shop on www.selene-studios.com implies prior consultation and acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Clicking to validate the order implies full acceptance of these terms.
Article 3: PRICES
All product prices are indicated in euros, VAT included, excluding shipping costs (see paragraph on delivery terms and conditions).
Séléné reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are registered.
Products remain the property of Séléné until full payment of the price by the buyer. The price is payable in full and in a single payment.
Article 4: ORDER AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Customers can order online via the website www.selene-studios.com.
Séléné reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer who has an ongoing payment dispute for a previous order or who is considered a risk by the seller.
Any order implies acceptance of prices and product descriptions available for sale.
The seller commits to honoring orders received on the website only within the limits of available stock.
If one or more ordered products are out of stock, the seller commits to informing the customer as soon as possible by email. The customer's order will then be automatically canceled and the corresponding amount refunded.
Article 5: PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by the customer’s choice:

Secure Credit Card Payment:
You can pay by credit card: in this case, the payment is processed on our partner Stripe’s site. This means that no banking information passes through www.selene-studios.com. Credit card payment is therefore fully secure. Your order will be registered once payment is accepted by the banking service. You can safely enter your card number, expiration date, and security code located on the back of your card.
Your credit card details are encrypted via the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and never transmitted in clear text over the network. Payment is directly processed by the bank. The seller never has access to these details and does not store them on its servers. That is why they are requested again for each new transaction on our site.
Payment via PayPal:
Séléné does not save any details related to the client’s banking information. Payment is made according to PayPal’s standards.

The website selene-studios.com reserves the right to verify the validity of the payment before shipping the order, by any means deemed necessary by the seller (including requesting identity documents, proof of address, etc.).
Payment Default:
Séléné reserves the right to refuse delivery or fulfillment of any order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or who is involved in an ongoing payment dispute. In cases of fraud or suspected fraud, the seller reserves the right to remove any member without notice or compensation.
Article 6: DELIVERY AND TIMEFRAMES
Selene-studios.com delivers items worldwide.
A) Shipping:
Séléné ships orders within 24-48 hours.
B) Delivery types:
Mondial Relay Pickup Point Delivery:
Delivery via Mondial Relay is made directly to pickup points and lockers. Packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when the package arrives at the pickup point. If the package is not collected within 7 to 15 days depending on the pickup location, reshipment fees will be charged to the customer.
Mondial Relay Home Delivery:
Mondial Relay delivery is made directly to the customer's home within 3 to 6 business days. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the package will be deposited at a nearby pickup point.
Colissimo Delivery without Signature:
Delivery via Colissimo is made without signature, directly to the customer’s home within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures. Shipping fees do not include customs charges.
Standard Home Delivery:
Standard Home Delivery is made without signature, directly to the customer’s home within 2 to 10 business days. Delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures. Shipping fees do not include customs charges.
Chronopost Express Home Delivery:
Chronopost Express Home Delivery is made directly to the customer's home within 1 to 2 business days. If delivery is not possible, the package will be held at a nearby post office. Delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures. Shipping fees do not include customs charges.
Chronopost Home Delivery:
Chronopost Home Delivery is made directly to the customer’s home within 1 to 10 business days. If delivery is not possible, the package will be held at a nearby post office. Delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures. Shipping fees do not include customs charges.
C) Customs fees:
Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, including customs duties and additional clearance fees (processing fees, local taxes). Séléné cannot under any circumstances bear these costs. The carrier, approved by the DGDDI (French Customs Authority) as a customs broker, is entitled to request payment of these fees in accordance with the delivery country’s regulations. By placing and paying for an order, the customer accepts possible customs and processing fees applicable in certain countries. This tacit agreement cannot be revoked; if the customer refuses delivery, they remain liable for customs fees, which will be deducted from any refund.
D) Delivery damage
Input errors:
Once the order is confirmed and paid, the delivery address cannot be changed.
In case of input errors, especially incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, the seller cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries. The customer must provide a valid email address; otherwise, Séléné cannot be held liable for resulting consequences. Any costs related to reshipping products due to customer input errors will be borne exclusively by the customer.
Delay:
The carrier delivery times indicated above start from the shipment date from our premises. We disclaim all responsibility for delivery delays caused by the carrier, including strikes, bad weather, or force majeure events. This also applies to internal carrier delays.
Failed delivery:
In case of failed delivery due to the carrier (excluding customer errors in address input, pickup after failed delivery, or expired pickup times), Séléné will refund the entire order upon confirmation of return or loss by the carrier. For internal reasons, items from returned orders will be reintroduced into stock and cannot be retrieved or intercepted. Séléné cannot be held responsible.
Non-receipt:
If the package is marked as delivered in tracking but not received, the customer can contact Séléné via the contact form on www.selene-studios.com under the CONTACT section. You will receive a confirmation email from Séléné’s team. Various verifications will be requested, including a claim proof to the postal service and a sworn statement of non-receipt. Delivery issues must be reported within 7 days to customer service via the contact form.
No compensation will be granted if non-performance or poor performance is due to the consumer, unforeseeable third-party causes, or force majeure, as per Article L221-15 of the French Consumer Code.
Missing or damaged product:

All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must report any signs of damage (holes, dents, etc.) to the carrier (or postman) and refuse the package if necessary.

Exchanges or refunds for products declared damaged after delivery without reservation at receipt will not be accepted.

Customers must report any missing items not previously noted by our services within 14 days, per Article L.133-3 of the Commercial Code. Claims after this period will not be processed, and no commercial action will be initiated by Opaliya.

For damaged items (stains, manufacturing defects, others), the customer must inform Séléné within 5 days of receipt. After this period, claims are inadmissible. Please contact customer service via the contact form on www.selene-studios.com, providing your order number, defective item, and a photo of the defect. If the item is in stock, a replacement will be sent; otherwise, a refund or store credit will be offered.
