Delivery
Once your Séléné order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Your order is typically prepared and shipped within 48 business hours.
Shipping is free for purchases within mainland France for deliveries to a pickup point. Otherwise shipping costs are your responsibility and vary depending on your location.

For countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply upon receipt of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email from the carrier with your tracking number. You can then track your order’s arrival via our tracking page.

Delivery times are indicative and not legally binding. They include the processing time for your order and the carrier's shipping time. Séléné is committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.

The buyer assumes the risk from the moment the products leave Séléné's premises. In case of damage during transport, a formal complaint must be filed with the carrier within three days of delivery.
