All product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping fees (see the "Delivery and Shipping" section).
Séléné reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. Products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Products remain the property of Séléné until full payment is received. Payment must be made in full and in one installment.

Séléné reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom there is an existing payment dispute or who poses any form of risk.

All orders imply acceptance of the current prices and product descriptions available at the time of purchase.

The Seller commits to fulfilling orders only within the limits of available stock. If any product is unavailable, the Seller will notify the client as soon as possible via email. The order will then be canceled, and the corresponding amount will be refunded.

PayPal Payment:

Article 6: Shipping and Delivery Times
Selene-studios.com delivers worldwide.
A) Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
B) Delivery Methods:

Mondial Relay (Point of Collection): Delivery to a collection point within 3–5 business days. The client will be notified via email when the package arrives at the collection point.

Mondial Relay (Home Delivery): Delivery to the client's home within 3–6 business days.

Colissimo (No Signature): Home delivery without signature within 3–5 business days. Customs procedures may cause delays.

Standard Home Delivery: Home delivery without signature within 2–10 business days. Customs procedures may cause delays.

Chronopost Express Home Delivery: Express delivery within 1–2 business days.
C) Customs Fees:
Customs fees are the client’s responsibility and must be paid in full, including any additional processing charges.
D) Delivery Delays:
Séléné is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues or force majeure.
Article 7: Returns and Refunds
1. Returns:
Clients have a 14-day withdrawal period to return products, starting from the day of receipt.
To request a return, clients must contact customer service via the "Returns and Exchanges" section of the website.
2. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received in good condition.
Article 8: Customs Duties
Any order shipped outside mainland France may be subject to customs duties, which are the client’s responsibility.

Séléné will not be held responsible to a member or third party for any indirect damage, loss of business, profit, or turnover, arising in any way whatsoever, even if such damage, loss, or harm was foreseeable by Séléné or if its possibility had been brought to its attention.
