Here is the procedure to follow from now on:

1- Download, print and complete this Return Form , then attach it to the package.

2- Make sure to return the item in its entirety: label, tissue paper, etc.

Reminder: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items to us. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You remain responsible for the package until it is received at our premises. We advise you to choose a delivery method with signature and tracking number to avoid any loss of the package. In the event of loss or problem with the return, we will not be able to issue a refund or make an exchange.
